Where to go first on Friday:

If you requested a hotel room, please go to the Q hotel to check in first! Check in will be from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the hotel lobby. Please make every effort to arrive prior to 5:00 pm. If you know that you will be arriving after 5:00 pm on Friday and you will need a hotel room, please e-mail minkwic2013@gmail.com and let us know so that special arrangements can be made.

 

After you have checked into the hotel (if needed), please join us at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center for the poster session. If you need a shuttle to the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center, one will be leaving from the Q at 2:45 pm. Parking at both the Q and the Kauffman Foundation is free.

 

When you arrive at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center go directly to the registration desk to get your name badge, t-shirt and conference bag. Please wear the MINK WIC conference shirt during the 5:30 pm group photo.

 

If you need a shuttle to or from the Q hotel outside of those below contact the hotel at (816) 931-0001.
