Registration

Check-in for the conference will be in the pre-function space of the Hyatt from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday and from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday.

Key Pick-Up

If you are a student or faculty member and you elected to receive a MINK WIC sponsored hotel room, key pick-up will be in the pre-function space from 5:00 – 6:00 PM. Please make time between the group photos and dinner to stop by and get your key.

Luggage

We recommend that luggage be kept in your vehicle. If you do not have a vehicle some luggage storage is available in Meeting Place 1. This room will be kept locked for the safety of your belongings.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available for students and faculty that are staying in a MINK WIC provided room.
